NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) is pleased to invite you to an executive forum that will feature dialogue between government, industry and academic leaders about the role of environmental information in fostering greater resilience in the energy sector.
NCEI will highlight its diverse data products relevant to the energy industry and encourage industry executives to highlight their needs for climate, ocean and geophysical information. The intention of the dialogue is to foster and reinforce lines of communication to grow the resilience of the nation’s energy resources and infrastructure.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have your name in our system from your registration.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, if you have a ticket transferred to you from another person, we ask that you please update the registration online via this EventBrite site so that we can have an accurate nametag for you and can provide you any updates you may need in the days before the event.
Is this event affiliated with the Annual Meeting of the American Meteorological Society (AMS) happening the same week in New Orleans? Can I attend if I am not registered for the AMS annual meeting?
No, this event is not directly affiliated with AMS. However, we welcome the participation of those also attending the AMS meetings in New Orleans. You do not have to be registered to attend the AMS annual meeting to attend this event.
Will there be food available at the event?
Refreshments will be available during the break at the event thanks to the support of workshop sponsors who are federal contractors. If your employer's ethics rules do not allow you to accept gifts from a federal contractor, you will be able to pay cash for refreshments on the day of the event.
